That was a perfect evening! The food is of a very high quality. The Wiener Schnitzel melted on your tongue and the breading was crispy. It couldn't have been better. But the service was best! She rounded off the evening with her sense of humor. She was extremely nice and accommodating, that's exactly how a visit to a restaurant should be. We will be back definitely!

In advance: This review reflects many restaurant visits over many years. Because of a friend (regular for decades) who invited to this restaurant, it was visited regularly. Eat: The quality is average. The cooking point was hit twice out of 4 times. The roast beef was always ordered medium, sometimes delivered in English and sometimes as a shoe sole. It was ok twice. I would recommend food where there is little you can go wrong with ... The main meals get 2 out of 5 points from me. The desserts were a little better (3 out of 5). Service: Strongly fluctuating. Sometimes good, sometimes underground. When the cooking point of the roast was immediately noted, it was taken without a word and then served again as a roasted piece of meat (the rest of the meal was cold on the second try). Not a word of apology. Since I couldn't eat the second attempt either, I let the food go back (everyone else was already done). Also no offer to get a new meal ... Well, I left the restaurant without a meal. It's not that wild. What really stunned me was the visit to an event in Stuttgart. During the day, the restaurant parking lot was cordoned off for several hours. There was no reference from the restaurant here. Several angry visitors shared this fate. According to the police, the restaurant was pointed out several times. On this hot day, the older friend was getting worse and worse. The restaurant manager talked his way out and tried to blame others. Help (a bottle of water, etc.)? Nothing. He went inside and said you should get along with that now. The elderly man suffered heat stroke and collapsed including the use of an ambulance (who fortunately was present at the event). Absolute incomprehension of many other guests, the policemen and the paramedics regarding the restaurant operator. This was the last visit after many years. Even the loyal older customer no longer wanted to go to this restaurant. Prices: Expensive. For Stuttgart it is normal, but not recommendable in view of the ambience, food quality and service.

After renovation, more tables in the dining room. This creates the feeling that you are only fed here quickly. High volume level. Food is good Swabian, but served rather carelessly. Roast venison didn't taste good.
